In a general transition from zillions of html files, I am in the process of moving all the sites I am responsible for to be WordPress-driven.
Initially, they would all much look the same. But that’s actually one of the benefits, since it is possible to concentrate on the contents and then it is possible to change the appearance in a separate process.
Previously, I have been using www.jango.se as both a general family web portal as well as a website for my enterprise. This was both unfair (to all other Jangö’s out there) and confusing.
Another strong driving-force behind the change is the changing world, where it is natural to access the web from a variety of different devices, smartphones, tablets etc across operating systems and formats. This needs to be consistent and it is good to know that someone is looking after that.
